What is the best way to remove pet urine stains? We got a puppy while living in the house we are currently renting, and she peed everywhere, we bought some product that when sprayed on the urine while it was still fresh was supposed to keep the urine from staining the carpet, but it didn’t work. What is the best way to remove urine stains?

The pet urine stains in question have been in place for a long time, maybe up to a few months :(

Are there any household items and methods that I could use to pick up the stain? The only problem is, the stain is a bit old.

Especially on white fabric….
No! I’m not killing someone but I bleed on my leg….
A simple method will be nice, please… :)
I’ll likely to wash them in a washing machine.
Oxy clean? Hydrogen Perixoxide???? Etc etc….. What is that?
Where can I get those things? …. Oh! No! My work will truly going a “haunted”….
Ok….. Thanks a lot. :) . Any other way?
The stains have been 1 week more dried on my cloth….
How long do I have to soak my cloth in the salt water to remove the blood stains?….. :)
Thanks for the new idea of using the vinegar…. I’ll try it on… ;)
Ice method? Wow! Thats really new. Thanks… :)

Keep in mind that when I say human blood, I mean like lots of it. All over the place. I probably shouldn’t go into details about how it got there, but it involved a bit of an incident with a vampire/meth abuser invading my home and abducting one of my roomates. He’s fine now, but he’s a bit shaken from the transfusions.

Anyway, I was wondering how one explains the bloodstains to friends and relatives as well, as from the look of things I doubt even the most skilled carpet cleanser can remove the stains. Please help!

Yeah so I have this new pet rabbit that I like to let run around my room for exercise. I’m not sure I can keep him from peeing all the time on the carpet. I guess the question is, is there a way to keep my relatively nice carpet from being permanently badly stained? And if so, what can I use (what product)?

Do they have to be removed immediately?

I got most of the blood out but there is still a thin layer of it where the blood pooled up for about an hour. Does anyone know the best way to remove the stains? Will they be detectable in the drain?
